A stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa, with marble floors throughout, high vaulted ceilings which give so much extra light while keeping the inside extra cool and shutters at all the windows for a very spanish feel. Furnished to the highest standard with leather sofas and very comfortable beds, this villa is comprehensively equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Interior Description of Villa Ros Ciete:
Spacious lounge with triple French doors opening onto the garden and private pool, large 40 inch flat screen TV with Satellite and DVD. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs.The kitchen is fitted with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser, fitted with water filter so no more bottles of water in the fridge. A door leads to the utility room which houses a washing machine/dryer,and sink. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes (incorporating a floor safe) and double french doors which open to garden and pool. The en-suite bathroom has shower, spa massage bath, inset twin sinks, bidet and toilet.
A further two double bedrooms have twin beds and large fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes a separate bathroom with shower, inset single sink, toilet and bidet.
The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated.

From the kitchen there is a door which leads to the barbecue and covered seating area where there is a large table and 6 chairs, for you to dine Alfresco alternatively there is a pergola area. The garden has a private swimming pool, pool shower, patio areas with sun loungers and plenty of space to sit in or out of the sun.

Los Alcazares and San Javier have supermarkets where you can find many English branded goods(should you have a craving for good ol’ Heinz Beans) with an array of local shops should you want to go native!!
There is an array of watersports, such as sailing, swimming, scuba diving, windsurfing, waterskiing and kitesurfing to be found at the near by beach of Los Alcazares.The mountainous interior also antes up walking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, cycling and even rock climbing.

CLEANING/LAUNDRY...
There is a charge of 100 euros payable to our host on arrival.This is for the cleaning of the villa on your departure. Additional mid stay cleaning of 40 euros can be arranged and are payable locally to our host. All Linen and Towels are provided ( except beach towels, please bring your own )
