If you continue to browse and use the Site you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern fly2holidayrental's relationship with you in relation to this website.

We involve ourselves in no transactions between holidaymakers and property owners and offer no warranties as for the quality of, or safety of properties advertised on the Site. Nor do we make any guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Site for any particular purpose.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Holidaymakers

We make no check as to the eligibility of advertisers to use the Site to advertise properties. Any responsibility for any payment to be made for the purpose of renting a property advertised on the Site falls solely with the holidaymaker. The contents of the Site do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Flight prices displayed within the Site are provided by a third party and, as such, fly2holidayrentals accepts no responsbility for their accuracy.

Advertisers

By advertising on this website you agree to comply with the follwing rules:

We may at any time request proof of personal identification, proof of ownership of any properties advertised on the Site, and proof of authority to list the property on the Site.

It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure that all information supplies does not breach any copyright or trademark. Fly 2 holidayrentals will not be held responsible for any such breaches.

A single property advertisement on our site must only relate an individual and uniquely identified property to be used for short-term holiday rental. An advert may not extend to multiple units, nor examples of properties in a certain region. Advertisers are not permitted to substitute property details for a seperate property by way of changes to text, and or photographs unless prior permission has been obtained from us.

Prior permission is required to advertise more than one unit in an advertisement. We reserve the right to amend any property adverts in contravention of this policy, and may choose to retain any fees associated with the initial term of such non-conforming listing as compensation for the violation of this condition.

No advertiser should request any traveller to send cash, or make use of any instant-cash wire transfer service such as Western Union or MoneyGram for all or part payment of a property rental transaction. Such action may result in the immediate removal of the advertiser's advert from the Site without notice and without refund.

The flight prices displayed within each property advert come from a third party and are provided with no guarantee of accurancy. They are meant to be used as a guide only. We reserve the right to halt provision of this service at any time and at our discretion.

Should this flight price service become unavailable for any reason beyond our control, no refund will be offered.

We ask that advertisers make themselves available to respond to any enquiry within a period of one week. Should advertisers be unavailable for more than one week, we request that an answerphone message be left on the number placed in the advert, or an out of office email reply be created to notify enquirers of your absence. If neither of these options are practical we reserve the right to suspend as advertisement until the advertiser's return. You shall be notified of the suspention of your advert by email or telephone on the number provided.

Links to other websites or e-mail addresses must not be placed within property advertisements or anywhere within the publicly accessible information provided.

Termination of advertisement:

All advertisements are sold for the full term as agreed upon payment. Any advertisements removed at your request prior to completion of the full term of the advertisement are not eligible for a refund.

Advertisers must comply with our rules according to the minimum requirements for the content of advertisements.

For any specific advertisement for which we receive substantiated complaints, we reserve the right to remove the advertisement with out notice, and retain payment.

Any persistant misuse of the online systems, or upload of any unsuitable material will result in the removal of the advert and retention of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any advertisement we consider unsuitable, incomlplete or misleading. We will not be liable for any incurred expense in so doing.

Any advertiser who wished to remove their advertisment before the full term of their subscription will notify us in writing by email or using the "Contact Us" page quoting their registerd email address, home number and password. No refund will be given.

Any advertiser in breach of these terms may be removed from the Site without explanation, notice or refund.
